Privacy Policy

Reel Neet Solutions — reelneetsolutions.com

Last updated: 1 August 2026
Effective: 1 August 2026

1. The short version

This website does not track you.

It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics. It has no advertising or social pixels. It loads no fonts, scripts, images or stylesheets from anyone else's server, so no third party learns that you visited. There is no form to fill in and no account to create.

Two things do produce a record, and this policy is mostly about them:

  1. our web server writes a log line when it serves you a page; and
  2. if you choose to email us, we receive and keep that email.

That is all. If you read no further, you have the substance of it.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Michael Wesley Schiff, an individual trading as a sole proprietor under the name Reel Neet Solutions, in the United States. For the purposes of the UK and EU GDPR, we are the data controller for the limited information described here.

Privacy contact: privacy@reelneetsolutions.com

3. What this policy covers

This policy covers reelneetsolutions.com and www.reelneetsolutions.com, and nothing else.

It does not cover any subdomain, product or application. Each of those is a separate service that handles information differently and publishes its own privacy policy. That includes, without limitation, talent.reelneetsolutions.com, live.reelneetsolutions.com, xc.reelneetsolutions.com, leaderboard.reelneetsolutions.com and research.reelneetsolutions.com. Some of those do have accounts, do process personal data, and do set cookies. If you use one, read the policy published there.

4. What we collect

4.1 Server logs

Serving you a web page requires our server to receive certain technical information: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and the browser user-agent string your browser sends. A server cannot answer a request without receiving these.

Our reverse proxy is not configured to write an HTTP access log, so in normal operation no per-request record of your visit is written down at all. Where a component does log for diagnostic or security reasons, that record is held on the system journal, which is configured to discard entries older than seven (7) days and is capped by size besides.

Category Examples Why Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR) Retention
Network identifiers Your IP address Deliver the page; detect and mitigate abuse and attacks Legitimate interests (operating and securing a website) Not routinely recorded; where recorded, no more than 7 days
Request metadata Date and time, page requested, HTTP status Detect faults and abuse Legitimate interests Not routinely recorded; where recorded, no more than 7 days
Client information Browser user-agent string Diagnose rendering and compatibility problems Legitimate interests Not routinely recorded; where recorded, no more than 7 days

We do not build profiles from logs, do not link them to a person, and do not use them for marketing or advertising. They are operational records, and they are short-lived.

4.2 Email you send us

Both addresses on the Site are ordinary email links. If you write to us, we receive whatever you put in the message: your email address, your name if you sign it, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Category Why Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR) Retention
Your email address and message content Read your enquiry and reply to it; keep a record of business correspondence Legitimate interests, and where you are asking about engaging us, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract For as long as the business relationship or enquiry is live, and afterwards while a record is reasonably needed

Please do not send sensitive personal information by email. Ordinary email is not a secure channel. We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card numbers, government identifiers, health information or passwords.

5. What we do not do

To be explicit, on this website we do not:

The absence of third-party requests is a property of how the page is built, not just a promise. Fonts and images are served from our own server for exactly this reason, so you can verify it in your browser's network inspector.

6. Who else is involved

We use a small number of infrastructure providers. They act as our processors, handling information on our instructions and not for their own purposes.

Provider What it does for us What it necessarily sees
Hostinger International Ltd. Hosts the virtual server the Site runs on Server logs, as above
Cloudflare, Inc. Authoritative DNS for the domain, and Email Routing, which forwards mail sent to our addresses DNS lookups; the content and headers of email sent to us, in transit
Google LLC Gmail, which is the mailbox our forwarded email arrives in The content of email sent to us, once delivered

We do not use any other processor for this Site. We do not share your information with anyone else except where section 7 applies.

7. When we would disclose information

We would disclose information only where we must or clearly should:

8. Competitors, horses and results shown on this website

The Site shows the names of real riders and horses, and real competition scores, inside screenshots of our broadcast graphics. That material comes from results published by the events themselves and from footage and graphics we produced. It is shown to demonstrate what our software does.

If you are a competitor or owner, or authorised to act for one, and you want a name, a horse or a result taken off this Site, email privacy@reelneetsolutions.com. We will remove it. You do not have to give a reason and you do not have to explain who you are beyond enough for us to find the right image.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over personal information we hold about you: to know what we hold and get a copy; to have it corrected; to have it deleted; to restrict or object to how we use it; to receive it in a portable form; and to withdraw consent where we relied on it.

If you are in the UK or the EU, these are your rights under the UK and EU GDPR. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you rights to know, delete and correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

How to exercise a right: email privacy@reelneetsolutions.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days, or tell you within that period if we need longer.

Please note that the practical scope is small: for a visitor who has not emailed us, the only record is a short-lived server log entry that we normally cannot connect to a named person. Where we genuinely cannot identify you from what we hold, we will say so rather than pretend to search.

10. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Access to the server and to our mailbox is limited to the operator and protected by key-based or multi-factor authentication. We keep the amount of personal information we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection available.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International transfers

We operate from the United States and our providers are in the United States and the European Union. If you are outside the United States, information described in this policy will be processed there. Where a transfer of personal information out of the UK or EEA takes place, it is made under the safeguards our providers maintain for that purpose, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where those apply.

12. Children

The Site is a business-to-business marketing website. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email privacy@reelneetsolutions.com and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and the version published here is always the current one. If a change materially reduces your protection we will say so plainly at the top of this page. There is no notification list, because the Site does not collect addresses.

14. Contact

Michael Wesley Schiff, an individual trading as a sole proprietor under the name Reel Neet Solutions

We do not publish a postal address. We are a one-person business and we prefer notices by email, where they reach the right person immediately.
